For best results apply to clean, dry, oil and lotion free skin
Apply one cup at a time
Remove protective lining on cup, turn cup upwards and position on breast
Gently smooth cup edges to the breast
Repeat on the other side
Ensure both cups have been placed at equal height
Secure cups together by fastening the front closure clip
Press firmly

Keep the adhesive liner and replace on the adhesive side for proper storage.
