Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free.

Apply adhesive onto desired area of skin.

Wait approximately 30 seconds or until the adhesive gets tacky.

Firmly press and smooth garment into place.

TO REMOVE:

Gently lift garment off the skin.

Remove any residual adhesive on skin with a damp wash cloth or soap and water.
